Three young girls aged 12, 13 and 14 were drugged and raped while detained at house number 2867 Old Highfield.
The three minors had disappeared after the Harare Agricultural Show. Three accused persons aged 15, 19 and 24 are assisting police with investigations.
One of the accused persons is the boyfriend of one of the victim.
"This requires consented efforts between the police and the parents," Charamba added.
Some of the items that were recovered at the house include lose dagga seeds, 22 empty broncleer bottles, 12 royal whiskey empties, one syringe and other drugs.
A guarding of one of the three girls who spoke to My Zimbabwe News, whose nake is withheld to protect his identity said they are yet to attend the court case.
"Mhanduwe mubvana wangu akanyoporiwa. Yakamirira bambo wache. Iribe kuzopinda mudare nokuti panga paribe bambo wache. We are told one of the boys was on the run and police were still conducting their investigations. It's painful to learn that my daughter is no longer a virgin at such a tender age," he said in his vernacular language.
Meanwhile, police say they have put several houses under strict surveillance and will not hesitate to pounce on house parties as they move in to curb the new trend that has gripped the city exposing youths to hazardous substances.
Senior Assistant Commissioner, Charity Charamba said what started off as a night of binging and leisure ended up in tragedy after three young men drowned at a pool party.
"A pool party invitation on Facebook at the famous houseboat is what intrigued the youths. If only they knew they were going to meet their fate. We are not dealing with the matter lightly, lives are being lost and we are going to pounce heavily on the organisers of these parties," she said.
But it is common knowledge that swimming under the influence of alcohol is a recipe for disaster.
