Lady GaGa has bared all to promote her new perfume Fame, posing naked for a new poster.
Mother Monster, who is well known for her outlandish costumes, has stripped off for the new pictures - with only a series of 'tiny men' crawling over her naked body to protect her modesty.
The Marry The Night hitmaker unveiled the black-and-white promo shot on Twitter today, accompanying the saucy snap with the message: "Photo by STEVEN KLEIN. The First Ever Black Eau de Parfum. Model: Lady Gaga."
Before posting the picture of the social-networking site, the 26-year old confessed she was feeling anxious about revealing the promotional artwork to the public.
She tweeted: "I won't lie I'm a bit nervous. its been a while since i've shared some work with you. But i'm so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!"
As well as posing nude, GaGa also holds a bottle of her fragrance in the image, which has been branded as the first black fluid perfume.
The scent is due for release next month, with Renato Semerari, president of Coty Beauty, quoted by The Daily Mail as saying: "She is an artist that is never satisfied with the status quo - she always has this way of challenging everybody and trying to do something more, something different.
"She has her own ideas and very often they're very interesting and challenging...really, she's not the one who says, "It's OK, let's move on and turn the page." She's always thinking, "Can we do more?"
"This is a very stimulating partnership; and she's pushed us with her ideas, we've come with our own ideas - and the combination of the two is very valuable."
Bernd Beetz, chief executive officer of Coty Inc., added: "Lady GaGa joins a legendary cast of talent for whom Coty has created scents.
"GaGa's launch represents my personal credo brought to life....Innovate or die! Absolutely everything about this launch is innovative, from the bottle, to the juice, to the lady herself....She's zeitgeist in a bottle."
In early 2011, Lady G had a very colourful description for the perfume, noting that it would smell "like an expensive hooker", adding: "[Blood and semen] is in the perfume but it doesn't smell like it.
"You just get sort of the after feeling of sex from the semen and the blood is sort of primal. And the blood was taken from my own blood sample so it's like a sense of having me on your skin." mtv
