My boyfriend and I are now broken up. He gave me a car while we were dating. I have proof that it was a gift.
The insurance is in my name. Can he rightfully charge me with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle now that he’s asked for it back?
It is in his name, although he told me long ago he was going to pay it off right away and put the title in my name.
We broke up two weeks ago after dating for a year. Our problems started after he saw a r0mantic message from another guy in my phone.
Now, he is so bitter that he wants his back. Is he right? He wants to come to our house to take it. I don’t know what to do. Should I report him to police or just pour some sugar into the gasoline tank and hand it back to him? Please help me aunty.
