A man from Bulawayo who used to visit his lover at her workplace and had s_əx with her on her employer’s bed has been stopped forthwith by a court from doing so.
Freddy Tshaka was in the habit of visiting his lover Fadzai Ushe at her workplace in Pumula South suburb during the absence of her employer Tandiwe Mhindu.
Tshaka would then engage in s_əx with his lover on Tandiwe’s bed. Tandiwe said most of the times when she returned home she would find her blankets stained with s_əmen
When she confronted Tshaka about the issue he reportedly shouted at her.
Tandiwe said Tshaka and her girlfriend once fought at her house and broke down her main door.
When Tandiwe tried to engage him so that he could buy a new door he threatened to beat her up.
After that, Tandiwe then decided to seek a peace order against Tshaka at the Western Commonage Court.
“I’m applying for a peace order against Freddy Tshaka. Tshaka comes to my home in my absence and would sleep on my bed with her lover Fadzai Ushe.
“They would leave my blankets dirty and at one point they fought and at the height of the fracas they broke down my door. When I told him to buy a new one he refused and threatened to beat me up.
“He is also in the habit of coming to my house drunk and would shout obscenities at me. I pray that this court grants me a peace order,” pleaded Tandiwe in her affidavit.
In response Tshaka apologised for his wayward behaviour and blamed it on beer.
The presiding magistrate Jeconia Prince Ncube granted the peace order in favour of Tandiwe.
He ordered Tshaka not to visit or enter Tandiwe’s house and not to damage her property.
