While there has been obvious excitement on the alleged adulterous relationship between PHD Ministries founder, Prophet W Magaya and Memory Ruvazhe, what has escaped many is that Memory has not been happy in love.
Two incidents involving the same woman before the latest drama have made it to the news headlines.
Her national identity card gives her names as Memory Nomusa (wrongly spelt as Nomsa in the media) Ruvazhe and she celebrated her 28th birthday last month, nine days before her husband, who is said to be a manager at Food World, filed a letter of demand to Prophet Magaya.
She is a top-notch hairdresser who could easily have given past Miss Zimbabwe winners a good run for their money with her beauty.
In 2008, when H-metro was still city.com, it covered an incident where the woman’s co-wife, that is Mutashu’s second wife, went to Nomusa’s workplace and attacked her for causing misery in her marriage since coming in as the third wife.
The second incident happened in December last year when Nomusa Ruvazhe had to spend about three nights at her friend’s place in the AVENUES area hiding from her husband who accused her of being in an adulterous relationship with a conductor of Taqwa – one of the only two buses that go to Tanzania.
At this stage they were customarily married while a wedding had been booked at ‘Rotten Row’. The court wedding was reportedly going to be cancelled because of the said adulterous affair between Nomusa and the Taqwa bus conductor.
However, Mutashu and Nomusa ironed out their differences and the court wedding went ahead early this year.
