Dr Thokozani Khupe

This follows after MDC-T Bulawayo provincial chairperson Gift Banda had dragged Khupe, to court for allegedly grabbing the opposition party’s provincial offices.

The court ruling was hailed by the plaintiffs who expressed their joy and faith in the judicial system.

“We are excited and applaud due process applied therein. We have been vindicated that the cabal has no legal bases to violently invade our offices. We appeal to our membership to follow due processes and retrain themselves when provoked by the same”
