Whistle-blower William Mutumanje popularly known as Acie Lumumba has told President Emmerson Mnangagwa that Zimbabwe's latest problems relating to violence are caused by Vice President Constantino Guvheya Chiwenga.
"Mr. President one week ago your government butchered innocent men and women." Mutumanjue said.
"It was NOT the right thing to do to announce a fuel hike and run. It's not the announcement or running that's crazy, it's who you left in charge. Musadaro mudhara! Tinopera kufa."
Mutumanje was responding to President Mnangagwa who had said, "One week ago, I announced measures to stabilise our nation's crucial fuel supply. I was aware that these measures may not be popular, and this was not a decision we took lightly. But it was the right thing to do."

Mutumanje who is alleged to be working with embattled Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa to mastermind the ousting of Vice President Chiwenga has been vocal in seeking to brand the Vice President as a ruthless or incapable person.
Over the weekend when Mnangagwa announced that he is dumping the World Economic Forum trip and has sent Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube to represent him Mutumanje said, "You might not have a single person who can ably represent you boss. The ably (abry) representative you left akavhara masai sai; Tatoverenga tweet yenyu pa black market."
A faction of ZANU PF which is alleged to be aligned to Chiwenga is reported to have convened a meeting at Chiwenga's farm over the weekend to discuss processes of impeaching Mnangagwa whom they regard as too weak and too compromising and not consistent with their values.
The plot was revealed by Gokwe-Nembudziya Member of parliament Justice Mayor Wadyajena who took to Twitter to expose that the faction lacks numbers to impeach Mnangagwa.
"They threatened to kill me and harm my family. I stand by Mnangagwa and wish they knew ours isn't just a political relationship. However they try, we'll never quit nor be intimidated. The plot is foiled, they lack numbers for impeachment."
