A MARRIAGE wrecker claims she no longer knows peace after she was threatened by supernatural things.
Nonhlahla Chimhete made the revelation yesterday after dragging Heather Shanu to court where she accused her of verbal and physical abuse.
Nonhlahla told the court that Heather once forced her to a scene where the two women had an altercation close to Mbare Musika earlier this year.
“I got married to my husband last year and this woman has been a pain ever since.
“She has been sending me texts threatening to send me supernatural things so that my marriage breaks down.
“In July this year, she attacked me whilst in my husband’s car in Mbare. I haven’t recovered from the embarrassment she caused on that day,” said Nonhlahla.
She asked if the court could bar Heather from calling her or sending her relatives to threaten her.
However, Heather had it that Nonhlahla asked for trouble by snatching her husband away.
“I knew her as my husband’s sidekick before I moved out in April this year.
“I only spoke to her when I caught her red handed with my hubby in our house and have never spoken to her ever since,” claimed Heather.
Heather bragged the man in question is the one who calls her.
“I don’t call her, I don’t even have her number but instead my ex-husband is the one who calls me to check on the children.
“It’s her problem that she goes through the phone and sometimes answers my calls to make it as if I am coming after her.
“My ex-husband and I were married for 12 years, blessed with two children and he checks on them almost every day,” she said.
Heather made further claims that Nonhlahla was married when she had an affair with her ex-husband and doesn’t have her personal line.
Presiding over the hearing, Harare magistrate Tilda Mazhande noted that Nohlahla was now married to Heather’s ex hence nothing good would come out of the love triangle.
She granted a peace order in favour of Nonhlahla but could not bar Heather from calling her ex-hubby because the two need to communicate for the children’s sake.
