Another Baba Jukwa suspect, Romeo Musemburi has been granted bail by the High Court.
Musemburi, a university student, is facing charges of attempting to commit an act of insurgency, banditry, sabotage or terrorism and was arrested on the 30th of June after surrendering himself to the police.
He denies authoring and sending an article to email@example.com account in which he was requesting for the purchase of fire arms to unseat a constitutionally elected government.
Justice Joseph Musakwa admitted Musemburi to a US$100 bail and ordered him to reside at number 113 Shortstone Waterfalls, Harare until the matter is finalised.
He additionally ordered Musemburi to report once every Friday at CID Law and Order as per the draft order.
