A WOMAN has described her horror after discovering 18 snakes under her bed.
The snakes were wriggling under her bed as she was about to go to sleep.
Shocked by the movement of the little snakes, the woman had to do a double-take after noticing what she initially thought was a “piece of fur” moving on the floor.
She then noticed another piece of “fur” moving at her home in the US, Georgia.
She eventually found a mother snake and 17 babies after turning the bedroom upside down.
Sky News reports that the woman suspects the animal gave birth under her bed on Sunday, 18 July.
On social media, she said: “We hope we got them all out – still have that slight feeling there may be more than one left. The snakes were reportedly brown snakes, which are said to be non-venomous.
