FORMER Generations and Ashes to Ashes actress Sindi Buthelezi (32) has died.
The passing of the talented actress, who made her mark when she played Zinhle in Generations, has shocked Mzansi.
Her older sister, Nonhlanhla Sikhakhane took to social media to share the sad news. The cause of her death has not yet been shared.
“Just lost my twin. There are no words that can describe how I feel. Rest well, sis. I will always love you,” she said.
She said she’d take good care of her late sister’s daughter as she knew how fond of her she was.
Since then, tributes and heartfelt messages of condolences have been pouring in for the talented actress.

Actress and TV presenter Relebogile Mabotja shared her tribute and said: “Condolences. I am so sorry for your loss. May her soul rest in peace.”
While Zolly said: “It is so sad. The nation keeps on losing young progressive people. May her soul rest in peace.”
While Hesta Williams said: “So sad. Condolences to her loved ones. I will always remember her as bright and cheerful.”’
Mbalenhle Ngcobo also sent her tribute and said: “What gives me strength is that I know that you are with your maker now, but then again I would love to see you one more time or hear you laugh out loud. I will always love you. Thank you for everything. Rest in peace. Until we meet again.”
Sindi was born in the East Rand (Ekurhuleni) in a small town called Ratanda.
Before she broke into the acting industry she spent most of her time at a local community hall performing drama to nurture and grow her acting skills while also using the opportunity as the best way to interest the audience.
