Married Mutare woman strips naked, enjoys sex with boyfriend as daughter (10) watches

Married Mutare woman strips naked, enjoys sex with boyfriend as daughter (10) watches IN a shameful and shocking act of child abuse, a married Dangamvura high-density woman stripped naked and had sex with her boyfriend in full view of her 10-year-old daughter.
Nyasha Karonga (29) of "N" section was recently hauled before the courts and was found guilty of contravening Section 7 of the Children's Act and ill treating her daughter (name withheld).

Mutare provincial magistrate Mrs Luce-Anne Mungwari in her judgment ordered Nyasha, who works at a local salon, to perform 210 hours of unpaid work at the Mutare Magistrates' Court.

Mrs Mungwari heard that Nyasha ill-treated her daughter by making her perform all the household chores, practising promiscuity in her presence and prohibiting the minor child from going to school in order for her to attend to the household chores.

The girl testified in camera and narrated how her biological mother rejected her in front of her boyfriend, saying she was not her child and how she missed school because her mother would task her to attend to household chores.

Her biological father, John Feruka (34), also testified and corroborated the child's testimony.

The girl's teacher stated in court that the former would always miss school every two days in a fortnight and was always a late comer because of the household chores as well as taking care of her siblings.

Nyasha's husband, John, who works at the Roman Catholic Holy Trinity Church, revealed to The Weekender in an interview last Wednesday that their 12-year marriage had irretrievably broken down.

He described Nyasha as an irresponsible mother who offered nothing good to their children.

The couple sired three children together.
The Weekender learnt that the estranged couple went separate ways in June 2013 when Nyasha took away matrimonial property and left a one-page letter thanking John for the time they "shared".

The letter, which is in possession of The Weekender, was used as evidence against her.

She in the letter admitted that her life and reputation were in tatters and apologised for "the wrongs she did."

Reads part of the letter: "I thank you for everything that I have achieved in lyfe (sic). Now it's time for me to go back home and mend my life whole (sic) again as it is torn apart. In good u have done very well. Pliz (sic) forgive me in all wrongs I have done. But I have thought to go and live my lyfe (sic) as we are not in good relationship. U (sic) have exposed me to everyone especially at my work. Im (sic) no longer seen as a person at work. U (sic) talked to my boss's (sic) wife and son and him also some lies. I had to go my parents axcepted (sic) me back. U can come and see your kids don't bother to look 4 (sic) me m back home…"

The visibly distraught John said: "My brother, this is sad. My daughter was traumatised by all this. How disgraceful it is for a married woman to have sex with a boyfriend while your own child watches. Nyasha took away all our matrimonial property and left me with a single blanket. People from the church where I work came to my rescue and helped me with kitchen utensils, among other things. I am now staying with my daughter because I want my children to grow up together under proper care and guidance."

John was accompanied by his daughter.

He added that he had since applied for custody of his two other children aged three and five who are still under the guardianship of Nyasha.
