PROPHECY: Apostle Chiwenga predicted Dumiso Dabengwa's death…See Chamisa and Dabengwa pictures

APOSTLE Talent Chiwenga prophesied the death of liberation war icon Dumiso Dabengwa, according to members of his church who have released the video we share below.

In the clip, Chiwenga says: “This nation has one very wise person… He is not here in Mashonaland, but is in Matebeleland. His days on Earth are coming to an end…

“He is someone who this nation of Zimbabwe really needs when it really wants to move forward.

“This man is really wise and very understanding, more understanding than many people around here.

“He is so very understanding… if he was not understanding, this nation might have lost a lot of lives.

“There are people who must sit down with him now and get to understand where the nation is going, before he breathes his last….”

Dabengwa, who had been in and out hospital, died on his way from India where he had gone to seek medical attention.

He died in Nairobi, Kenya, while awaiting to catch a connecting flight back home.

The 80-year-old liberation war hero was suffering from liver disease.

Dabengwa had not been active in Zapu politics and had revealed plans to step down from the leadership at the party’s upcoming congress in 2020.

In the run up to 2018 election, Dabengwa supported MDC leader Nelson Chamisa’s campaign after Zapu joined forces with the MDC Alliance.

In a condolence message, Chamisa said: “Umdala uDumiso Dabengwa was a humble, wise, honest and principled leader. A hero of our liberation struggle without fear, he lived a simple life. We don’t take it lightly that he endorsed our cause before he left us. We join the Dabengwa family and nation during this sad moment.”

Chamisa is the only leader who managed to sit down to tap and drink from Dumiso Dabengwa's well of wisdom.
