SOUTH African opposition EFF leader Julius Malema has hit out at President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s administration and said the New Dispensation must respect the wishes of the late former President and stop thinking that declaring him a hero overrides the wishes of the family.
Malema said Mugabe’s former comrades tormented him in his last days, adding that there can only be one Mugabe and the rest are pretenders and chancers who just envied him.
“The words of the deceased must be respected… The current dispensation must respect the last wishes of Mugabe.
“It’s an absolute nonsense to think that declaring someone a national hero or giving them a State funeral takes away the rights of his family…
