Obert Karombe was involved in a car accident along Beatrice Road.
Details pertaining to the accident are still sketchy, however, reports reaching iHarare suggest that he recently got married.
Obert Karombe was a wealthy businessman based in Mutare and was regarded as a ‘mbinga.’
Messages of condolence have already started trickling as people mourn his sudden untimely death.

Meanwhile, Karombe’s death comes just two years after another top socialite passed away in a horrific road accident.
Genius ‘Ginimbi’ Kadungure died on November 8, 2020, at the age of 36.
Ginimbi died after his Rolls Royce Wraith was involved in a high-speed crash, which resulted in the super vehicle bursting into flames.
The luxury car went off the road and exploded after colliding with a Honda Fit vehicle.
Socialite Michelle “Mimi Moana” Amuli, who was celebrating her 26th birthday, also perished in the fiery crash with two other associates.
The three died in the burning car when the doors failed to unlock due to the impact of the collision.
