AN ENRAGED and heartbroken man from Bulawayo dumped his cheating wife in court claiming she betrayed his trust when he caught her red-handed having s_əx with her alleged lover on their matrimonial bed.

As if that was not enough Mlondolozi Msipa who is walking with difficulty, sensationally claimed his estranged wife Knowledge Maphosa also infected her with a s_əxually transmitted disease.

Msipa revealed his estranged wife’s unsavoury shenanigans, claiming while he was at work, he received a tip-off from a neighbour that there was a car which was parked outside their home in Tshabalala suburb.

After that tip-off, he rushed home and upon arrival he found a car parked outside the yard and headed straight to his bedroom where he found his wife nakəd in bed with her alleged lover.

Msipa said after busting them the man fled and in a fit of anger, bashed his wife.

The heartbroken Msipa said after bashing his wife, who is a police officer, stationed at Tshabalala police station reported him to the police.

Msipa said before he busted his estranged wife with her alleged lover in their matrimonial home, he once left for night shift and when he unexpectedly returned at around 10pm he bumped into a car which was parked outside the yard and his wife was inside with her friend.

He said upon seeing him they drove off and his wife later returned home and they were involved in a bust-up.

After that fight, quarrelling and hurling insults at each other had been the order of the day for the troubled couple.

The situation, however, forced Maphosa to move out of their matrimonial home to stay alone.

Msipa decided to open up about his troubled marriage after his estranged wife slapped him with a protection order at the Western Commonage Court claiming he was emotionally and physically abusing her.

“My name is Knowledge Maphosa and I’m applying for a protection order against my husband Mlondolozi Msipa who is verbally, emotionally and physically abusing me in front of our children. He threatens to kill me before he commits suicide. Currently I’m staying alone because I fear for my life,” her affidavit reads in part.

The presiding magistrate Shepherd Mnjanja ordered the couple to go for counselling but Msipa pulled a shocker when he said: “I’m fed up with her. She will end up killing me. I no longer love her.”

The magistrate then granted a protection order in Maphosa’s favour. Msipa was ordered not to insult or assault his estranged wife.
