In a tragic accident, six people lost their lives after two vehicles collided head-on along the Kwekwe-Gokwe Highway outside of Kwekwe City on Sunday evening.
The fatal crash involved a Honda Fit vehicle that was traveling towards Kwekwe and a Nissan NP300 vehicle heading in the opposite direction.
According to reports, the Honda Fit was heading towards Kwekwe when the two vehicles collided head-on, resulting in the death of all six people in the two vehicles.
Police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyati confirmed the deadly accident, saying investigations were still ongoing to determine the cause. He did not provide any further details at this stage.
