Kadoma Man Sought by Police for Alleged Murder of Estranged Wife
Police in Kadoma, Zimbabwe have launched a manhunt for a suspect in connection with a deadly domestic violence incident. According to Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, a police spokesperson, authorities are searching for Alfigio Zhou in relation to the murder of his estranged wife.
The crime is reported to have occurred when Zhou visited his wife’s family homestead in an attempt at reconciliation. However, she had apparently turned down reuniting with him. In response, it’s alleged Zhou violently attacked the woman using an unknown object, sadly resulting in her death.
Following the tragedy, Zhou immediately went into hiding. Police are now appealing to the public for any information on his whereabouts. Anyone with tips has been asked to promptly contact the nearest police station.
