A Disturbing Case of Incest: Man shockingly claims love for biological daughter in terrifying assault
In a chilling courtroom revelation, a 51-year-old man from Heaney Junction in Umguza District, Matabeleland North Province, has shockingly admitted to ƨǝxuɑlly assaulting his own daughter on multiple occasions and impregnating her.
The man, whose identity is being withheld for ethical reasons, appeared before Bulawayo regional magistrate Matthew Mutiro to face charges of rape. Astonishingly, he pleaded not guilty, claiming that he was in a love affair with his daughter and that she had pleaded with him to engage in ƨǝxuɑlly activities at his homestead. He has been remanded in custody until February 8 for sentencing.
According to his defence, on the evening of December 22 last year, he returned home to find his daughter sleeping on his matrimonial bed in his bedroom. Instead of directing her to the kitchen, he inexplicably blocked her path, and they ended up sitting on the bed together. Shockingly, he revealed that they fed each other chips before his daughter allegedly requested ƨǝxuɑl intercourse, which they engaged in without protection.
The man further claimed that his daughter later left and slept in the kitchen. On December 25, after a night of heavy drinking, he found his daughter alone in the kitchen and offered her hot chips. They subsequently engaged in consensual ƨǝx in his bedroom hut before he fell asleep. To his surprise, his daughter woke up during the night and reported him to a member of the neighbourhood watch committee, who promptly arrested him.
The court heard that the man’s wife had left for Masvingo to spend the Christmas holiday, leaving the victim under her father’s care. With no one else present at home, the man took advantage of the situation after returning from a party while intoxicated. On Christmas Day, he allegedly ƨǝxuɑlly assaulted his daughter three times before she reported the incidents to the neighbourhood watch committee, leading to his arrest.
