Fort Rixon police have successfully arrested Johane Muzondiwa (37) in connection with a tragic murder that took place at Pioneer Village 3 Business Centre on the 3rd of May, 2024. The incident resulted in the untimely death of his brother, Trust Muzondiwa (25), who was fatally stabbed in the neck and chest during a heated argument over US$26.00.
Police swiftly responded to the distressing event, launching an immediate investigation into the fatal stabbing. Their efforts culminated in the apprehension of Johane, who is now in custody, facing charges related to the murder of his brother.
Police confirmed the incident on their X handle. “Police in Fort Rixon have arrested Johane Muzondiwa (37) for murder which occurred at Pioneer Village 3 Business Centre on 03/05/24 in which his brother, Trust Muzondiwa (25) died after being stabbed with an okapi knife on the neck and chest following an argument over US$26.00,” reads the statement.
